for Alchemist Creative Co. Digital Products

Welcome to Alchemist Creative Co. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using or reselling any product purchased from Alchemist Creative Co.
1. Definitions
Alchemist Creative Co. refers to the company and brand owned by Donlyn Turnbull, the creator and provider of digital products including eBooks, templates, and coaching materials.
Private Label Rights (PLR) products are digital assets that you may edit, customize, and sell as your own — without passing on resell rights to your customers.
Master Resell Rights (MRR) products are digital assets that you may edit, customize, and sell as your own — with the ability to pass on resell rights to your customers.
You / Licensee refers to the individual, business, or organization that has purchased or downloaded digital products from Alchemist Creative Co.

3. Canva Licensing & Design Use
Some Alchemist Creative Co. products include editable Canva templates or elements created using Canva. By using these templates, you agree to comply with Canva’s Content License Agreement and terms of use.
This means:
You may not extract or resell Canva elements (such as stock photos, graphics, or icons) individually.
You may only sell or share flattened or finished designs that do not allow end-users to directly edit Canva-provided content unless they have their own Canva account.
Canva retains ownership and licensing rights for all design elements within their platform.
You are responsible for reviewing Canva’s licensing terms at https://www.canva.com/policies/content-license-agreement/
4. Earnings Disclaimer
Alchemist Creative Co. makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, success, or earnings from the use or resale of our products. Results vary based on individual effort, marketing, and business practices.
5. Content & Design Quality
All products are carefully crafted with attention to detail, but perfection cannot be guaranteed. It is your responsibility to review, modify, and verify the accuracy of any content before resale or redistribution.
6. Liabilities
Alchemist Creative Co. is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use, sale, or modification of these products. By purchasing or downloading, you acknowledge full responsibility for the use and distribution of the materials.
7. Termination
Your license will be terminated immediately if you violate any terms of this agreement, misuse Canva content, or misrepresent Alchemist Creative Co. products as your own original work without modification. Upon termination, you must stop selling or distributing the licensed materials.
8. Modifications to Terms
Alchemist Creative Co. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at alchemistcreative.co/license-agreement
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.
